Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Europe.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We get it—sometimes you need to make changes. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us within 1 hour of placing it. After that, we've likely already started processing your package. Don't worry though—you can always return items after they arrive.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal for a secure checkout experience.

When will my order be processed?

We process orders Monday through Friday. Your order will typically be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped the following day. Please note that we take weekends off to recharge, so orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery takes 1-2 weeks from the ship date. We know waiting is hard, but good things take time.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order hasn't arrived within 3 weeks of placing it, please reach out to mindandkindofficial@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help track it down for you.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

All prices shown include applicable taxes. You won't be charged any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes when your order arrives—what you see is what you pay.

How do I return an item?

If something doesn't feel right, we understand. Email us at mindandkindofficial@gmail.com to start a return. We'll guide you through the process and make it as easy as possible.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

That's not okay, and we'll make it right. Please email us at mindandkindofficial@gmail.com with your order number and photos of what you received. We'll sort it out as quickly as we can.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. The funds will go back to your original payment method. If you haven't seen it after 2 weeks, check with your bank first, then reach out to us.
