Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.
How to request a return
Simply email us at mindandkindofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 48 hours with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
We believe healing takes time — and we promise to handle your return with the same care we put into every piece.
